Do I need to be an athlete to benefit from The Altus Life?
Not at all. While athletes use our services for recovery and performance, many of our clients come simply to unwind, recharge, and feel better in their daily lives.
What can I expect from a floatation session?
Floatation involves resting effortlessly in a pod filled with Epsom-salt water, creating a zero-gravity effect. This encourages deep relaxation, stress reduction, and improved mental clarity. A great experience if never tried!
How does red light therapy work?
Red and near-infrared light penetrate the skin to stimulate cellular repair, improve circulation, boost collagen, and reduce inflammation, making it beneficial for reducing inflamation recovery, skin health, and energy levels.
What breathwork do you offer?
We follow the Oxygen Advantage breathwork model, which is aligned for health, wellbeing and performance. Whether to address stress, anxiety and sporting perfrmance OA provides you with the tools to apply to your daily routine.
Can I combine different therapies in one visit?
Yes. Many of our clients book therapies back-to-back, such as infrared sauna followed by floatation, for a more complete recovery and wellbeing experience. We have various packages that you can view under Experiences.
Do you offer personalised programs?
Yes, we create tailored packages to suit your needs – whether for performance, recovery, stress relief, or general wellness we can work with you in nutrition and fitness.
How do I book a session and what should I bring?
You can book online or directly with us. For most sessions, comfortable clothing, flipflops and swimwear is all you require as we provide robes, towels and toiletries where needed.
